08/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised plans by the German company Spohn Cement GmbH to take sole control of its fellow German HeidelbergCement AG (HCAG). The operation, for which Spohn will pay 60 euros per HCAG share, was examined under the simplified procedure.
