08/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The authorities of Bulgaria and Romania have announced the list of observers they plan to send to the European Parliament. The EP will take note of this during the plenary session on 26 September. The 35 Romanian observers and the 18 Bulgarian observers may, from that day on, attend EP activities but will not have the right to vote.
