Commission proposes to update regulation on drugs monitoring centre

Brussels, 05/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 31 August, the European Commission approved a proposed revision of regulation 302/93 (EEC) of the Council on the creation of a European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA). This regulation has already been updated several times to follow developments in the EU, such as enlargement and the reform of the financial regulation of the EU.
