05/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised plans by the British investment fund management company, 3i Group plc, to take sole control of the Belgian company Aviapartner N.V. The latter is present in the provision of ground services, such as access ramps, cargo services, flight catering and cabin maintenance services, in airports in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Italy. This operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
