Luxembourg, 22/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice has issued its ruling in the case of Consorzio Aziende Metano (Coname) v. Comune di Cingia de' Botti, stating that public service contracts awarded by municipalities to companies with predominantly public share capital must comply with the EU's transparency criteria, explains a Court of Justice press release.
