22/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 18 July, the EU Council of Ministers indicated its resolve to prolong the mandates of EU special representatives in the following regions: - Afghanistan (Francesc Vendrell), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Lord Ashdown), Great African Lakes (Aldo Ajello), Moldova (Adriaan Jacobovits de Szeged), South Caucasus (Heikki Talvitie) and the Middle East (Marc Otte).
