Brussels, 29/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Peter Mandelson (Trade) announced on Friday in Singapore that the EU and the partner countries of ASEAN have decided to set up a joint working group (to be known as “Vision Group”) to look into the feasibility of a free-trade zone between both groups of countries.
