Brussels, 29/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - During a hearing on fundamental rights organised by the European Parliament's Civil Liberties Committee chaired by French UDF MEP Jean-Marie Cavada, Commissioner Franco Frattini described his vision of the work of the future European Fundamental Rights Agency, decided upon in December 2003 by the European Council.
