29/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its go-ahead to the project by the Italian companies, Pirellki & C.Real Estate SpA (PRE), DB Real Estate Global Opportunities IB (DBRE) and Investitori Associati SGR SpA (IA SGR) to acquire joint control of the Italian chain of stores, La Rinascente. PRE belongs to the Pirelli group and is active in the management and investment of real-estate goods, as is IA SGR through the investment fund Investitori Associati IV, created in 2004. DBRE...
