Brussels, 22/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - Enlargement Commissioner Oli Rehn declared on Monday that the Commission might be able to recommend that the Council opens negotiations with Bosnia-Herzegovina next May on a Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA).
