Socialists and Greens pleased with finance ministers' results - ALDE Group shows more mitigated satisfaction

Brussels, 22/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - After the criticism, comes the praise. Whereas, in the EPP-ED Group, the elected European CDU/CSU members immediately slammed the flexibility given to the Stability Pact on Sunday by finance ministers (yesterday's EUROPE, pages 10 and 11 and 15), the other political groups of the European Parliament generally express their satisfaction.
