Divergences on posisble competency of International Court of Justice on terrorist crimes

Brussels, 21/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - Last week, a hearing of the European Parliament freedoms committee chaired by Jean-Marie Cavada (ALDE, France) that was revising a report by Spanish Socialist Rosa Diez illustrated the divergences on providing the International Court of Justice (ICJ) with competency over terrorist crimes.
