Brussels, 21/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - Summoned on Sunday to complete their work on reform of the Stability and Growth Pact, the finance ministers reached an agreement which is not expected to be brought into question by the Heads of State and Government at the Spring Summit. “We shall submit this text, on which we have complete agreement, to the Heads of State and Government and I believe that in principle there will not be a long debate at the European Council”, Jean-Claude Juncker...
