Brussels, 21/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The agreement reached on Sunday evening between the finance ministers of the EU on the revision of the Stability and Growth Pact (see other article) has doubtless done away with any remaining doubts on the results of the Spring European Council to take place in Brussels this Tuesday evening and Wednesday (22 and 23 March), under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Jean-Claude Juncker.
