EU manages to have some Korean aid withdrawn from shipyards but loses in substance

Brussels, 10/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - Further to a complaint filed by the European Commission in October 2002, the dispute settlement mechanism at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) decided that Korea should withdraw certain illegal export subsidies in favour of shipyards within 90 days.
