FORTIS LEASE GROUP has acquired AUSTRIA FINANZA and AUSTROLEASE, the Italian subsidiaries of AUSTRIA CREDITANSTALT, for EUR 32 million. Total FORTIS LEASE assets have risen to EUR 6.9 bn, reinforcing its 5th position on the European rentals market.
