The French LISI group (ex-GFI INDUSTRIES) is in negotiations for the take over of the German screw-down mounts, KNIPPING (turnover of EUR 97 million in 2004 with a workforce of 530). This acquisition will increase LISI's turnover in the automobile market by almost 30%.
