Brussels, 28/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Justice and Home Affairs Council reached a political agreement on the relaxation of the visa reciprocity regulations vis-à-vis third countries, despite reluctance by Poland and the Czech Republic. The regulations of reciprocity with regard to third countries will be heavily relaxed.
