Brussels, 25/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 28 February, the EU Troika - composed of Council President Jean Asselborn, High Representative for CFSP Javier Solana and External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner - will be meeting Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Luxembourg. Discussions will focus on the state of progress in talks with a view to adopting roadmaps (probably during the EU/Russia summit on 10 May) for the creation of the four EU/Russia common “spaces”, but...
