The children's clothing chain OKAIDI (turnover of 235 million EUR forecast for 2004 with 350 outlets including 100 overseas) is negotiating the acquisition of JACADI (turnover of 68 million EUR in 2003). This operation will give rise to a new group at the helm of 750 shops.
