Strasbourg, 25/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the EP adopted a resolution strongly condemning the takeover of power in Nepal by King Gyanendra on 3 February, and recommending that a “neutral third party, for example the United Nations or Javier Solana (…), should enter the scene to arbitrate negotiations” with a view to reaching a peaceful and democratic settlement.
