PT-PORTUGAL TELECOM has opened discussions with CONTROLINVESTE on the sale of its subsidiary LUSOMUNDO MEDIA. CONTROLINVESTE is said to be offering 300 million EUR for this acquisition, which is also of interest to PRISA and INVESTEC.
