Brussels, 03/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The communication presented on Wednesday to the European Parliament by the President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, on a partnership for growth and employment (see EUROPE of 2 February, p.9, in particular) aroused employers' enthusiasm and trade union concern.
