The French building equipment hire firm LOXAM has made two purchases: the French ETUP'LOC (annual turnover of 12.5 million EUR with a national network of around twenty agencies) and IRELAND ACCESS, the equipment-hire arm of UK PLATFORM (PINGUELY HAULOTTE group).
