The French software house BVRP (turnover of 57 million EUR in 2004) has acquired V COMMUNICATIONS (turnover of 8.3 million dollars in 2004) for an initial sum of 8.5 million dollars in cash and shares. This operation will allow it to boost its presence on the American market, which already accounts for 44% of its turnover.
