03/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Union expressed «deep concern» on Thursday at the dissolution of the multi-party government of Nepal and by the decision of the King to take over the executive power. “This initiative is a serious step backward for multi-party democracy”, the Luxembourg Presidency stated on behalf of the EU.
