ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) car service

The German company DEKRA, a European leader in servicing vehicles, will be buying out, via its subsidiary DEKRA FRANCE, more than 95% of the capital of French company NORISKO (turnover EUR 160 million, with workforce of 2500), the French specialist in industrial vehicle servicing, for an undisclosed amount. A new group will be created through this merger: DEKRA NORISKO INDUSTRIAL, which is initially expected to attain a turnover of EUR 220 million and employ 3000.
