Dutch group GOLDEN TULIP HOSPITALITY and the Australian company THL - TOURISM HOTELS & LEISURE have exchanged share options. THL will therefore acquire 30% of the Dutch company, with an option for acquiring an additional stake of 18%. The latter will in exchange gain a stake of 19.9% in THL. The two companies will also set up a new entity together with 534 hotels in 45 countries.
