05/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Council decision of 2 June 2004 on concluding and signing an agreement with Switzerland concerning savings tax income was published in Official Journal L385 of 29 December 2004. The agreement includes equivalent measures to Directive 2003/48/EC on savings tax in the form of interest payments.
