Brussels, 05/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - Ahead of the extraordinary ASEAN Summit in Jakarta, where the international community will be pledging aid and solidarity with the victims of the tsunami in South-East Asia, the European Union on Wednesday decided to hold a three minute silence at midday for the victims of the disaster and fly all EU flats at half-mast.
