Yes to first restructuring phase of Transportes Aereos Portugueses

Brussels, 15/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission decided to authorise the first phase of the restructuring and re-privatisation process of the Portuguese national company Transportes Aereos Portugueses (TAP). This process will make TAP's ground-handling services autonomous, and rename them Serviços Portugueses de Handling (SPdH). These services will be merged with those of the private Portugueses airline Portugália - Companhia Portuguesa de Transportes Aéreos...
