15/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to the plans of the American private commercial bank, Blackstone, to take sole control of Gerresheimer. The latter is based in Germany, and is active mainly in the production of packaging and glass. The operation, for a sum in excess of 600 million EUR, was examined under the simplified procedure.
