15/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Bernard Damiens is to be the President of PostEurop as of 1 January 2005, for a term of five years. PostEurop, the Association of European Public Postal Operators, is present in 45 countries, and its mission is to improve the performance of the European postal sector.
