Brussels, 15/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Bavarian aid to circles for the trade in farm machinery and the association that oversees them, Kuratorium Bayerischer Maschinen - und Betriebshilferinge (KBM), have been declared partially incompatible with the Community rules and should be recovered. The Commission felt that such aid, amounting to EUR 5 million per year between 1991 and 2000 was paid without proof that it was exclusively to the benefit of farmers.
