Council condemns military incursions by Rwanda into DRC - EU ready to take part in summit meeting between two countries, convened by UN

Brussels, 15/12/2004 (Agence Europe) -On Monday EU ministers of foreign affairs expressed their serious concerns about operations by the Rwandan military in Congolese territory and that risk that this presents to stability and peace in the whole of the African Great Lakes region.

Council conclusion on the subject express these concerns and condemn any threats or violations of sovereignty or territorial integrity of the Democratic Republic of Congo and any attacks by Rwanda or any other...
