15/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The "External Relations Council" decided on Monday to extend the EU visa ban in Belarus to two senior officials involved in electoral fraud and human rights violations during the parliamentary elections and the referendum on 17 October. The individuals are: Lidia Yermoshina, president of the central electoral commission, and Yuri Podobed, the commander of the police force in Minsk.
