Commission extends deadline for answers to questionnaire on corporation tax till 31 December 2004

Brussels, 22/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - In August 2004 the Commission launched a questionnaire on difficulties experienced by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) operating across borders when they pay taxes. In an effort to rectify these difficulties, it will propose that Member States set up a pilot system applying taxes according to the rules of the country of residency.
