Parliament calls on Council to begin consultations

Strasbourg, 22/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Last Thursday six of the political groups at the European Parliament adopted a resolution. This resolution condemns all violations of human rights in Eritrea and calls for an independent and detailed enquiry into the incident of 4 September at the military prison on Adi Abeto where at least a dozen prisoners were killed.
