Civilian activities of Spanish shipyards should be privatised, according to COmmission

Brussels, 19/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission considers that the separation plan for the Spanish company Izar should guarantee a true privatisation of the civilian activities of Spanish shipyards. The military part, which remains the property of the State the state holding company Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones industriales (SEPI), poses no problems for the Commission.
