19/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 9 November, the European Commission adopted a decision enshrining the creation of the regional consultative committee for the North Sea, which came into being in early November (EUROPE of 5 November, p.11). This decision was published in the Official Journal L342 of 18 November 2004.
