Strasbourg, 26/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The ECB's Annual Report for the year 2003 was adopted on Tuesday despite the opinion put forward by its rapporteur, French Green member Alain Lipietz. After rejection of the amendments that he himself had put forward in an attempt to return to the initial text that the EP Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs had modified, Mr Lipietz dissociated himself from the report.
