Strasbourg, 20/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Venice Commission, a specialist body of the Council of Europe, has suggested that a special Court for human rights be set up in Kosovo. In its latest report on the region, the Venice Commission states that Kosovo needs independent mechanisms to ensure that human rights are being observed.
