20/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - During its National Study Days on 16 and 17 October, the Mouvement Européen-France reaffirmed its position in favour of the Constitutional Treaty. In a document entitled "Oui, bien sûr, sans hésiter", the movement calls upon the people of France to vote "yes" at the referendum on the ratification of the Constitution.
