Brussels, 20/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The convergence reports of the Member States of the EU which have a derogation from the Economic and Monetary Union (the 10 Member States who joined on 1 May, and Sweden) brought with them no great surprises, as none of the Member States in question fulfils all the conditions to be able to adopt the euro.
