13/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The ACE (Architects Council of Europe), the ECCE (European Council of Civil Engineers) and the EFCA (the European Federation of Engineering Consulting Association) are organising a seminar to be held on 21 October in Brussels on the impact that new EU public procurement directives will have on the procurement of architectural and engineering consultancy services. A press release points out that the value of construction within the EU15, around EUR 909 billion, represented about 3.3% of GNP in 2003.
