Brussels, 29/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Caution or lack of inspiration? The answers provided by Stavros Dimas, Greek Commissioner-designate for the environment, to the barrage of questions from the parliamentary committee for the environment at his hearing on Wednesday, did not muster much enthusiasm from MEPs.
