29/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The spokesperson to Commissioner Pascal Lamy stated on Wednesday that the EU's improved offer for the finalisation of free trade negotiations would not be adopted and transmitted before Wednesday evening. We will come back to this (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.13).
