Juhan Parts defends his country's policy

Brussels, 29/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Estonian Prime Minister Juhan Parts, who was speaking in Natolin on 29 September, said the "remarks that countries having lower tax rates should not benefit from Structural Funds is regrettable".
