Brussels, 29/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - During a France/Europe programme on Tuesday night on France 3, presented by Christine Ockrent, the First Secretary of the French Socialist Party, François Hollande, was asked about the referendum in France on the European constitution. He explained that the attitude of the PS, as the main political force in the country would be decisive in determining the response of the French people.
