Brussels, 29/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - As the European Parliament had previously announced during the September plenary in Strasbourg (EUROPE 17 September p 6), the Dutch minister of European affairs, Atzo Nicolai, has invited his counterparts, European Commissioners and the president of the European Parliament Josep Borrell to informally discuss on 5 October in Amsterdam ways for improving communication on Europe, particularly on the European constitution, in an effort to bring Europe...
